How does Fitcalorie work?
Fitcalorie uses artificial intelligence technology to create personalized nutrition plans. The app analyzes your age, weight, height, activity level, and goals to prepare the most suitable diet plan. You can chat with our AI assistant, review your weekly reports, and do your daily meal tracking.
Is the app free?
Fitcalorie offers basic features for free. Monthly or yearly subscription options are available for premium features. You can also purchase tokens (credits) to chat with our AI assistant. Each chat message consumes a certain amount of credits. You can review the details from the in-app pricing section.
Are my data secure?
Yes, your privacy is very important to us. The data we collect to create your nutrition plan is stored on secure Firebase (Google Cloud) servers. Your data is only used for personalized analysis and weekly evaluations. No data is shared with third parties. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted. Chat conversations with the AI assistant are only temporarily stored during the response process and are not kept on our servers.
How to use the AI Assistant?
You can chat with your personal AI assistant from the chat page. You can ask questions about nutrition, diet, calories, and healthy living. Each message consumes a certain amount of tokens (credits). You can chat more with the assistant by purchasing tokens.
How are Apple Health and Google Fit data used?
Apple Health and Google Fit integration is completely optional. If you give permission, step count, burned calories, and heart rate information will be used in evaluating your diet. This data helps to analyze your nutrition plan more accurately.
What age groups can use it?
Fitcalorie has no age restrictions. Users of all ages can use the app safely. However, it is recommended that users under 18 use it with parental permission.
How to set up meal reminders?
You can activate meal time reminders from the app settings. You can set specific times for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
How can I cancel my subscription?
iOS: You can cancel from App Store > Account > Subscriptions.
Android: You can cancel from Google Play Store > Account > Subscriptions.
