Important Notice

Account deletion is irreversible, and all data will be permanently removed. Please make sure this is what you want before proceeding.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an Email:

Submit your deletion request by emailing fitcalorie@macrostorie.com.

2. Provide Required Information:

  • Email subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • In the email body: Include the email address associated with your account
  • Verification Process: We may request additional information to verify account ownership

3. Verification Process:

We may request additional information to verify account ownership. Once verification is complete, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted.

4. Processing Time:

The account deletion process will be completed within 7 business days.

Alternative Method: In-App Deletion

Delete Account from App
Open the Fitcalorie app → Settings → Account → Click "Delete Account" button. This action will instantly and permanently delete your account and all your data (including credits, nutrition plans, chat history).

When account deletion is performed, all of the following data will be permanently deleted:

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible, and all data will be permanently removed.
  • If you only wish to delete specific data, please check the relevant settings within the app.
  • If you have an active subscription, don't forget to cancel it from the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account.
  • After account deletion, you can create a new account with the same email.

Subscription Cancellation

Don't forget to cancel your active subscription before deleting your account:

iOS: App Store → Account → Subscriptions → Fitcalorie → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Fitcalorie → Cancel
